IN THE BEGINNING... The first Alpro Pharmacy was started on 1st Feb 2002 when Ph Low Swee Siong and his partner Ph Hiew Fei Tsong decided to venture in the pharmacy business after completing their compulsory pharmacy service in a local hospital. In a series of jobs with Kuala Lumpur's leading pharmacies, Ph Low grew increasingly knowledgeable and greatly dissatisfied with what he saw as old-fashioned, product price oriented and complacent methods of running a pharmacy store. Where was the desire to provide superb customer service?  2010S A DECADE OF GROWTH... With an emphasis on individualized pharmaceutical care and superior customer service, Alpro prospered and expanded, opening locations throughout Negeri Sembilan, Selangor and Penang. In 2011, Alpro consolidated its status by setting up its Head Quarter in Port Dickson comprising of 5 major departments (Operation, Finance, Merchandise, Marketing and Warehouse-Logistic). Supported by a strong management team and people with relevant knowledge & experiences, Alpro Pharmacy managed to open more than 10 outlets in 18 months and achieved revenue growth more than 300%. Alpro Pharmacy is now the largest independent pharmacy chain in Negeri Sembilan. This pharmacy has pioneered a new standard of service which its competitors ought to follow monthly. Training has been given to the staffs ranged from Health Advisor, Supervisor, Pharmacist Assistant, Nutritionist, Dietitian, Pharmacist, and Branch Manager, to provide professional and personalized pharmacy care to each of their customers. LOOKING AHEAD... We extend our presence into new markets and add selectively to our capabilities.
