Role Purpose
Coordinate and communicate on knowledge management
Main Accountabilities
1.Knowledge Management
a. Plan & execute groupwide communication on Knowledge Management Awareness through dissemination of information via digital platform (email/bulletin) to inculcate awareness on KLCC Group Lesson Learnt Platform.
b. Supervise maintenance/upkeeping of Lesson Learnt platform e.g., Zest to elevate user experience and attract submission of lesson learnt to protect value for the organization.
c. Monitor and analyze data and information on Lesson Learnt conducted and prepare periodic report for management.
2. Governance Management
a. Coordinate the planning, development and implementation of Level 2 and Level 3 Governance Document to ensure availability and adequacy of governance documents that contributes to the enhancement of business performance to achieve business objective and create value for the organization.
b. Supervise maintenance/upkeeping of myGOVERNANCE to elevate user experience and promote usage of centralized digital platform as single source of truth.
c. Monitor and analyze the governance management performance by constant monitoring on status of implementation to ensure compliance & good governance practice groupwide.
Requirements
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in computer science / engineering / architecture / finance / business / Economic / Law or equivalent.
Required Experiences:
a. Minimum 3-5 years of working experience preferably with 1-2 years in Knowledge Management.
b. Experience in developed and maintained Power BI dashboard.
c. Possesses a creative mind and a well-developed, mature personality.
