Job Description

-Posses certificate as a competent person for Industrial Effluent treatment system operation by DOE -Diploma/Degree in Science/mechanical/electrical engineering. - Experience in beverages manufacturing will be advantage. -Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in Industrial Effluent treatment system (IETS) operation -Good knowledge in IETS system maintenance, trouble shooting and problem solving. -Possess strong management and supervisory skill & experience in handling subordinates. -Knowledge in HACCP/GMP and ISO 22000 will be advantage. -Experience in dealing with government and local authorizes such as DOE and DOSH - Hard working and able to work independently and willing to work beyond normal working hours. -Proficient written and verbal communication in Bahasa, English and Mandarin. -Self motivated and good interpersonal skills Scope of Job -Manage the full operation of Industrial Effluent treatment system operation. -Implement and executive effective on going IETS performance monitoring and preventive maintenance system on machinery and equipments -Involve in installation of new machine and facilities and to provide training to subordinate -Ensuring IETS is well maintain at all time as per DOE requirement. -Ensure all stage of process operation are in safe operating condition meeting DOE and DOSH department requirement. -To produce daily, weekly, monthly report and perform only reporting to DOE. -To handle schedule waste item/HACCP/GMP/ISO/ any other related document -To ensure equipment/machineries and workplace are being properly maintained. -To coordinate with others related department in order to ensure local authorities department\xe2\x80\x99s requirements are met. -To interact with local authorities department, maintain record and obtain approval. Ensure compliance with related government rules and regulation. - On course to be a competent person whenever necessary.
