What To Expect

This 9-week program - a talent pipeline for our full-time rotational Asia Analyst Development Program - is specifically designed to develop a pipeline of well-rounded future leaders of the firm for our ASEAN franchise. The program exposes candidates to both revenue and non-revenue generating divisions from front, middle to back office roles. This means you get a holistic view of the firm and experience the breadth and variety of experiences across different functions of the bank to gain insights into how our businesses come together and deliver value for our clients.

About You

This program is an opportunity to take your career to the next level through hands-on experience, relevant skills training and valuable professional networking. As it is a pipeline for future graduate opportunities, based on individual performance and achievements, those who successfully complete the program may receive offers of full-time employment with the firm in 2025. Holding the permanent right to work in Philippines is an advantage, however, candidates requiring visa sponsorship may still apply.

Key Attributes and Qualifications include

  • A desire to participate in a rotational program across all lines of business
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to thrive in ever changing environments
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • A strong team player who is proactive, responsive, and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm for financial services or financial industry with an open mind to learn all functions in a financial institution, with no particular preference
  • Relevant experience and demonstrated leadership in a school or community organization
  • We\'re a global company whose primary business language is English and so fluency in English is required
  • Role focuses on client engagement and business development for Philippines clientele. Knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia is essential and preferred for this role
  • Pursuing a degree qualification with solid academic background and an expected graduation between December 2024 and July 2025
