Job Description


:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new products into manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and implement process improvements for Pick & Place, Wire Bond, Molding, and Jig Saw processes.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and testing of new products to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product integration.
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with suppliers and vendors to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Provide technical support and training to production teams.
  • Provide process engineering support to the manufacturing line.
  • Support process and equipment development for NPI.
  • Responsible for process characterization and optimization, yield and quality improvement of assigned areas.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Pure Science (Physics/Chemical).
  • 0-2 years of experience in a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Preferably CGPA 3.2 and above.
  • Preferably candidates from central region (Negeri Sembilan, Selangor, Malacca, W.P. KL)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
