Company Background: Motor dealerWorking Time: Mon Fri: 9am 6pm; Sat: 9am 1pmWorking Location: Kempas, JBJob responsibilities- To develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.- To manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, andonboarding new employees.- To oversee employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, andgrievance handling.- To coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.- To develop and administer employee training and development programs to enhance skills andcapabilities.- To ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations.- To maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, payroll information, and benefits administration.- To conduct regular audits of HR processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.- To provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR related issues and policies.- To stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management.Job requirements- Candidate must possess a bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, orrelated field.- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of relevantexperience.- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively withemployees at all levels of the organization.- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR initiatives and projects.- Proficiency in using HRIS Software and Microsoft office or google.- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
