Their duties include attending site surveys, study, project planning and implementation of the network infrastructure and troubleshooting network errors or other technical issues.Responsibilities:Communicate and collaborate with multitier personnel, such as clients and vendorsAttending project study for system design and network infrastructure designPrepare pre and post-project documentationInstall, configure, test and maintain network infrastructureLiaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution and escalationProvide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues and ensure meeting SLAEducation and Experience Requirement:Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Telecommunications) or equivalentNetworking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP, Switching, Routing, VLAN , Wireless)Network security knowledge (Firewall, EndPoint Security, Policy and Enforcement of Unified Threat Management)Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systemsAbility to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resourcesProficient in English with excellent speaking and writing skills, capable of handling calls and meetings with senior management, customers, and vendorsHands-on experience with configuration, monitoring and network diagnosticCCNA/HCIA or higherProject management experience or having been integral to projects would be advantageousMinimum 3 years working experience in a network operation position
