You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and propose suitable IT solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, preparing technical proposals, and addressing customer queries regarding our products and services. You will collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and contribute to achieving sales targets.Education and Experience Requirement:Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Telecommunications) or equivalentProven experience in a technical sales or presales role within the IT industryStrong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, virtualization and cloud computing technologiesExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiencesDemonstrated ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutionsExperience with solution selling and crafting tailored proposals to meet customer needsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProject management skills for managing presales engagements effectivelyRelevant certification is a plusMinimum 2 years working experience in IT fieldResponsibilities:Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate IT solutionsConduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products and servicesPrepare technical proposals, including solution designs, pricing, and implementation plansWork closely with product development and engineering teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product capabilitiesAssist in the preparation of RFP (Request for Proposal) responses and other sales documentationProvide technical support to the sales team during customer meetings, presentations, and negotiationsStay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitors\' offerings to effectively position our solutions in the marketBuild and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their evolving needs and challenges
