:Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our team. As a fresh graduate, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers and contribute to the development and optimization of semiconductor manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology and eager to start their career in the semiconductor industry.Responsibilities:Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
• Conduct experiments and analyze data to improve process performance and yield.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and production, to ensure process integration and efficiency.
• Support the implementation of new process technologies and equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process reliability and efficiency.
• Document process procedures, findings, and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, electrical, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership skill.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or project experience in semiconductor manufacturing or a related field.
• Familiarity with process simulation software and statistical process control (SPC).
