• Brainstorming with team on the key idea and concept from creative angle that curate the essence of a proposal.
• Creating visual element, effects, and animations using 3D modeling, texting, and other techniques.
• Developing 3D graphics in-line with industry standards.
• Constantly propose and analyze the new ideas of 3D arts and graphics and suggest improvement for the online or on ground marketing event collaterals production.
• To coordinate, monitor and discuss the project timelines and progress with clients to ensure that the deadlines are met.
• Conduct research, make site visits, and find related resources or solutions to cater for clients creative and design needs for campaign, event, live show and production needs.
• Responsible in communicating, maintaining, and developing the relationship with clients to understand the design requirements.
• Able to contribute in planning, practice effectiveness in communication both internally within the company and externally with all other parties.
• Update and renew company equity and CI from time to time to ensure the company continue to have updated relevant image and equity.

; Requirements: -

• Diploma or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Graphic Designing, Computer Graphics, Arts or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, visual effects artist or similar field in design industry.
• Excellent knowledge or skills in various 3D design techniques including Digital Sculpting, Procedure Modeling, Edge Modeling, and Box/Subdivision Modeling.
• Candidates must be familiar with 3D modeling software such as 3D Max/Studio, Auto Desk, Blender, Sketchup, and AutoCAD
• Added advantage:
• Strong portfolio in previous artworks or projects.
• Highly creative and artistic individual.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good team player and ability to work independently.
• Good customer servicing / liaison skillset.
• Prior work experience in event management and exhibition industry.
