• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Mechanical/Industrial Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in aluminium & glass door/window or wardrobe system design.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit).
• Capable of producing detailed 2D/3D drawings for manufacturing.
• Good understanding of aluminium profiles, glass types, and hardware systems.
• Able to work independently and supervise a small design team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Hands-on role - prepare and check detailed drawings
• Specialize in aluminium & glass door/window and wardrobe systems
• We are looking for a 3D Design Manager who is both a team leader and hands-on designer, capable of managing the 3D design team while also preparing accurate shop drawings for aluminium & glass door/window and wardrobe systems.
• This role is based at our Johor Bahru factory and involves close coordination with production, procurement, and site teams.
• Responsibilities:
• Supervise and guide the design team to ensure all drawings are accurate, detailed, and on time.
• Personally prepare, revise, and finalize drawings to meet project schedules.
• Check and approve drawings for fabrication and installation.
• Coordinate with factory, procurement, and project teams to ensure design feasibility and quality.
• Implement drawing standards, templates, and QC processes.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and performance feedback to the design team.
• Liaise with clients or project coordinators for design clarifications and revisions.
• Support management in improving design workflow and accuracy.
