Job Description
- Required languages : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Good Attendance is a must.
- Good team work and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of Residential Interior Design, AutoCAD, 3D Max or SketchUp, Photoshop, V-Ray and IIlustrator.
- Adequate knowledge of building trades such as electrical, carpentry, plumbing and general construction.
- Knowledge in graphics will be an added advantage.
- Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design.
- Egoless & problem solving attitude.
- 3D works - responsible for conceptualizing including mood board & material proposal, space planning, color coordination, 3D perspective visual, rendering etc.
- 2D works - responsible for full set construction drawing including layout plans, elevation, section, M&E etc.
- Site visits to collect information, take measurement and meeting clients when required.
- Work with Project Coordinator Manager in developing project plan, meet budget and schedule.
