Responsibilities
Generalist who has a broad grasp of modeling, rigging, texturing, lighting, animation, rendering.
We also welcome specialists too, particularly in the focus of Character Animation and Liquid Simulation.
The Artist fits into the role of ideation process (produce style frames / concept art), production (modelling & animation).
The Artist reports directly to the Creative Director and Producer, also interacting with other 3D Artists and Compositor to ensure all requirements are met.
Majority of the time, the Artist is producing 3D work, exploring new techniques, sharing knowledge with Teammates and initiating internal experimental projects for the purpose of pitching to prospective Clients.
The role requires the Artist to be in-person because physical presence amplifies the creative energy and urgency in problem-solving with other teammates.
-Work-life balance depends on the Artist\'s capabilities, speed and comprehension of the requirements. We would expect a mid-senior level artist to be able to estimate time needed and produce excellent quality in the agreed timeline in order to achieve work-life balance.
