Job Responsibility Working closely with operation team members and will need to conduct site visits, material resourcing To develop concept and design proposal for residential and commercial project Space planning, impressive 3D render, material board and detail drawings Liaise with site supervisor, sub contractor & client during renovation period Job Requirements Must be proficiency in 3DS max, Vray 3D rendering, Autocad, Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, microsoft Excellent time management to meet multiple deadlines and work under pressure With own transport Good working attitude and wiling to learn At least a Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate diploma in Interior design or interior Architecture Proven working experience at least 1 (ONE) years and above in interior design Specialized in 3D conceptual proposal Preferable Mandarin speaking candidate Job Benifits Medical claim Travel allowance (parking & toll) EPF/SOCSO Vimigo rewards system Annual bonus Annual leave
