Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated 3M (Membaca, Menulis, Mengira) Teacher to help students aged 7-12 years old strengthen their basic literacy and numeracy skills. The teacher will be responsible for guiding students in reading (BM & English), writing, and arithmetic using engaging and interactive methods.

Locations:

Seksyen 7, Shah Alam

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday (7.30 PM - 10:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teach and assist students in reading, writing, and arithmetic using structured lesson plans.

2. Identify students' weaknesses and provide targeted support.

3. Use creative and hands-on teaching methods to keep students engaged.

4. Track students' progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians if needed.

5. Create a positive and encouraging learning environment.

Requirements:

1. Experience in teaching early literacy (BM & English) and basic mathematics.

2. Passion for education and working with children aged 7-12 years old.

3. Able to simplify difficult concepts and make learning fun.

4. Good communication and classroom management skills.

5. Preferably teaching experience in schools, tuition centers, or homeschool settings.

6. Ability to commit to night classes from Monday to Friday.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Diploma/Degree in Education, Early Childhood, or a related field.

2. Experience working with children who need extra support in reading, writing, or math.

3. Familiarity with

phonics

and hands-on math teaching methods is a plus.

Salary:

RM50 per session (2.5 hours)
