Diploma in Business Management or equivalent, Degree Holder and above.
Minimum 2 years customer service experience and other equivalent experience.
Computer literate, well versed in Microsoft Office.
Independent with good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Proficient in spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
Tanggungjawab
To perform daily routine counter service operation duties.
Answer incoming calls and attend to customers or agents\' queries.
Accept PO and key-in customers details into system.
Able to manage and accept payment collection in different modes of payment, example by cash, cheque and credit card.
Prepare Official Receipts for daily payment collections.
Handle lot enquiries, lot reservations, change lot, change address and addressee, cancellation cases, transfer of ownership or entitlement matters and others.
Update system for changes in purchase and purchaser\' information.
Record sales into Sales Day Book Daily.
Keep track of sales materials, forms and controlled of stock including PO.
Timely and accurate processing of booking sales, confirm sales, verify PO and entering sales, data entry, sales collection, collection handover to Accounts and responsible for Daily collection.
Check and liaise with Finance Department on monthly confirmed sales cases.
Responsible to handle customer receipt and certificate arrangements.
As a back-up for cashier and assist checking of daily payments received against Daily Receipt Listing for Banking.
Handle general sales transactions in accordance with established Company policies, guidelines and procedure with excellent customer service.
Ensure the daily counters service operations run efficiently and ensure a quality and accuracy of various marketing reporting.
Any other duties as assigned by superior and management to you from time to time.
