Job Description



? Handle preparation of full set of accounts.

? Prepare journals for monthly reports and other accounting entries.

? Responsible to handle and review daily accounting operations and transactions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.

? Ensure all accounting entries entered into the accounting system are accurate and complete with proper supporting documents.

? Ensure all transactions are recorded and updated in a timely manner.

? Maintain proper filing of all accounting records and documentation.

? Assist the Manager in the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting including yearly audit.

? Identify and report any accounting related issues to the manager.

? Work closely with other departments to resolve accounting issues.

? Liaise with auditors, tax agent and bankers, where necessary.

? Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time

.

Job Requirement

? Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent. (Must Have )

? Possess at least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field. (Must Have )

? Good written and verbal communication skills.

? Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

? Able to work independently and as a team.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
