Job Responsibilities

? Ensure all project deliverables are achieved on time, within budget, and exceed stakeholder expectations.

? Estimating the cost of the project and ensuring financial resources are allocated for materials, labor, and equipment.

? Providing regular progress updates and forecast claims reporting to senior management

? Coordinate with main contractor, subcontractors, consultants, internal teams, and other trades to schedule plumbing work and ensure smooth workflow, resolve conflicts, and address site issues.

? Site work done verification with Main Con

? Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and labor usage

? Track, coordinate, and facilitate responses to RFIs and project needs.

? Manage coordination of approvals for Shop drawings, Model reviews, vendor document approvals, etc.

? Conduct project coordination meetings with all stakeholders.

Job Requirement

? Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Pipeline or engineering industry

? Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field

? Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget

? Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements

? Proficient in the use of project management software and tools

? Preferably knowledgeable in PIPELINE

? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, CAD drawings

? Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage detailed project plans and budgets

? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships

? Problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify and resolve issues quickly

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
