Job Role :

Duties and Responsibilities

1 Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Project and Finance to help ensure

they provide the correct input on a timely manner.

2 estimates comply with relevant regulations, industry

standards, and company policies. This may include understanding legal requirements and

contractual obligations.

3 Prepare technical write-up proposal and commercial proposal for client.

4 Produce cost and price consolidations as per requirement, prepare and complete

costing sheet for bid.

5 Manage deliverables for client submission. Assist sales team in bid submission ensuring bid

adhere to the required quality and on time.

6 Solicit quotation from vendors, establish solid relationship with key vendors. Assist to source

for new vendors in the market.

7 Run effective cost and finance reviews in compliance with bid requirement and Work

Instructions. Proactively highlight important information, e.g. technical/financial assumptions

that may have cost impacts, negative cashflows, and cost optimization opportunities.

8 Take accountability to deliver the assigned scope. Plan and ensure the stipulated deadline,

budget and quality requirements are met.

9 Ensure proper handover of costing information and technical requirements to the project

execution team.

10 Review proposal engineer deliverables for bid submission.

11 Mentor junior and intermediate proposal engineer throughout the bid process. Monitor junior

and intermediate proposal engineer growth and update superior on the progress.

12 Review and highlight deviations on contractual terms from client for bids. Communicate with

legal department on terms and condition matter.

13 Handling tasks assigned by Immediate Superior as and when required.

Requirements:

1 Education Qualification

2.Minimum (Mechanical), Chemical, Electrical and Electronic and Civil will be

considered too.

2 Years of relevant working experience

5-10 years working experience

3 Relevant skills and knowledge Skid or Module manufacturing experience, Microsoft Office

4 Personality Quality

Efficient, pleasant personality, great communicator, independent, all-rounder and strong leadership.

5 Others

Possess car, willing to travel to Pengerang or other parts of the world.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
