? Managerial for department organization and manpower planning.
? Responsible to all the quality issue related to incoming in-processes, outgoing customer complaint
? To conduct root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive action for process related concerns or customer complaints.
? Work with production and engineering for continuous improvement activities through reviewing internal quality issues or customer complaints.
? Transform customer requirements into inspection plans or process control and assessing customer requirements and ensure they are met.
? Responsible for implementing and maintaining the quality management system.
? Measure and monitor supplier performance thought data collection /SQE report, scorecard to drive towards improvements.
? Participate in supplier selection and qualification to ensure final product quality in compliance with Quality Requirements.
? Meeting /discussion/ presentation with under performance supplier, work together with supplier for continued improvement activities.
? Liaise with external parties or customers in relation to all quality related issues.
? Without and control the further processing of NC product, overall responsible in the appropriate related quality record i.e. PNR, VCAR, CAR, NCR etc.
? Ensure non- conformance relating to product and process quality are identified and action initiated for improvement.
? Driving to achieve and monitor the KPI Target set.
? Design, implement and improve company quality standards.
? Analyze data in order to find areas for growth.
? Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.
? Training, motivating, coaching and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met.
? Formulate strategies to increase productivity.
? Review processes in order to ensure that they align with current trends.
? Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, customer requirement & management systems eg; OSHA, EQA, ATOMIC, ISO's RBA.
