Job Role:

looking for a friendly, proactive, and service-oriented Waitress to join our Whiskey House team. The role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring the environment is well-maintained, and assisting customers with drink orders and song selections. The majority of our customers are Mandarin-speaking, so fluency in Mandarin is required.

? Welcome and serve customers in a warm and professional manner

? Pour and serve whiskey and other beverages according to service standards

? Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the seating area and overall environment

? Handle customer requests and maintain a pleasant customer experience

? Support daily operations and coordinate with team members

Requirements:

? Fluent in Mandarin (must be able to communicate well with Chinese customers)

? Assist customers with song selection (must be able to read and use Hanyu Pinyin)

? Basic English communication is a plus

? Must be able to read and use Hanyu Pinyin

? Previous F&B / service industry experience is preferred

? Able to work night shifts and perform overtime when required (overtime allowance + customer tipping provided)

? Able to work night shifts and handle flexible working hours

? Team player with good work attitude and punctuality

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
