Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an A4 Chargeman Cum Facility Officer located in Kuala Lumpur. The A4 Chargeman Cum Facility Officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth and uninterrupted facility operations, maintaining the facility\'s electrical and mechanical systems, carrying out electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance, and supervising and managing external contractors for facility-related works. : Responsible for company facilities, electrical and building maintenance and installation. Lead and plan facility team daily task and preventive maintenance schedule Carry out all electrical duties of chargemen as required under Electrical Act and Regulation (Energy Commission) Ensure all facilities installation and maintenance meet statutory regulation requirements Responsible for plumbing work, repairing any damage of facilities such as air conditioners and machines. Man Specification: Minimum A4 Chargeman competent certificate. Experienced at least one year as Chargeman in handling electrical and building utilities installation, troubleshooting and maintenance. Experienced minimum one year in plant and building utilities maintenance. Able to work on call after working hours to support production requirements.
