We are looking for : A4 Chargeman Location: Johor Bahru Responsible for the proper and efficient operations and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, firefighting, plumbing, sewerage, refrigeration, HVAC, and other mechanical & electrical services of the facility Liaise with utility providers such as TNB, DOSH, SYABAS, KPDN, JKKP, and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues Manage the operations and maintenance of the facility through self-delivered teams and specialist sub-contractors Plan and perform preventive maintenance & reactive/corrective maintenance work to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failures, either through internal teams or subcontractors Perform reactive and corrective maintenance during power failures or equipment breakdown Attend to all power, equipment, and machine failure and rectify them accordingly Ensure installations are safe and legal Lead and supervise the work of the Facilities Management team and subcontractors and ensure good operations and maintenance practices are always maintained Ensure all statutory regulations are complied with as part of their duties Familiar with CMS system usage Ensure all commercial grease trap systems in the kitchen are being serviced on time Ensure all the kitchen equipment is being serviced on time (such as fryers, ranges, griddles, convection ovens, tilt skillets broilers and etc) Ensure the kitchen exhaust system is serviced and maintained on time Ensure wet chemical systems are serviced and maintained in a timely manner Sound like the job you\'re looking for Before you apply, it\'s also worth knowing what we are looking for: Must have a certificate authorized by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (A4) Good command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English Good communication and leadership skills at every level of the organization At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably Technicians specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent Comfortable working on a shift basis, on weekends and public holidays Good personal traits and characteristics, high integrity, trustworthy, reliable, and honest Able to speak and write fluent English If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don\'t meet all the requirements.
