Job Summary:

The A4 Chargeman is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of electrical systems and equipment within the assigned facilities. This role ensures the safe and efficient distribution of electricity and compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities:

Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on low voltage (LV) electrical systems and associated equipment. Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls on LV and ancillary equipment. Conduct electrical inspections and ensure adequate system load supply. Prepare and manage electrical spare parts inventory. Respond to emergency situations as per the company's emergency response plan. Attend to client complaints and initiate work requests. Supervise the installation of new electrical equipment. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local laws.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering. Valid A4 Chargeman Certificate from Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission). At least 2 years of experience in property management or electrical maintenance. Good knowledge of M&E systems applicable to high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-development projects. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Computer literate.
