This multifaceted role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach. Other main scope includes:
Ensures that building engineering systems continue to perform their intended function \xe2\x80\x8b
Oversees the maintenance & continuous operation of all in-scope building systems\xe2\x80\x8b
Chargeman shall be the single point of responsible for Electrical Hard Services
Inspecting machines and equipment to ensure they are safe and effective
Taking meter readings to monitor electrical consumptionEnsure timely gensets servicingQualification & Experience Required:Possess of competent certificate A4 Chargeman
