The AAPAC IPS Business Group Business Operations Lead works collaboratively with the AAPAC Business Group (BG) lead, and the broader AAPAC BG leadership team, to help drive and support BG Business Group\xe2\x80\x99s strategy, growth agenda and operational excellence. The AAPAC BG Business Operations Lead liaises with corporate functions, the other AAPAC IPS Business Operations leads, AAPAC Technology DOO and Bus Ops Leads, AAPAC Leadership and Sales Operations and the broader BG Business Operations team (in NA, Europe, and Latin America) to ensure a consistent approach for business operations and management for the platform. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the BG Market Lead, BG Market Unit and Solution Area Leads, to plan and operationalize the BG strategy and growth agenda.
  • Understand BG AAPAC and operational priorities from the Global BG Business Operations Lead, as well as the AAPAC Tech and IPS operational priorities and implement AAPAC BG operational processes
  • Collaborate with the AAPAC BG lead to define governance structure and leadership meetings. Define agendas, plan key meetings, prepare materials, and track action items to closure.
  • Provide regular management information, metrics, analysis and insights to facilitate the governance meetings and the AAPAC BG Leadership team. Identify and investigate areas of low performance and help develop remediation actions.
  • Collaborate with key operations, marketing, HR, Learning, Finance and Operations leads in the Business group, and the broader AAPAC IPS and Technology Business Operations team to ensure alignment with key business planning processes and operational priorities.
  • Define and manage recommended action plans to address financial and growth performance insights as needed. Coordinate with BG / IPS Finance and Finance / Sales Operations to understand and address Accenture/ intercompany financial impacts.
  • Be the trusted advisor to the BG Leadership, providing ahead of time insights on issues and suggested interventions. (e.g. revenue gaps, where to focus on to fill these gaps)
  • Key enabler in ensuring that the BG Leadership have what they need to make business decisions. E.g. The details behind forecasts and what is causing slippages, where they need to drill into and where they can potentially target interventions. Key deals in the pipeline that they could potentially be targeting. How they are tracking in Account Planning, and how it feeds into FY Planning. Achievability of annual year plans. High impact MMS Pipeline attribution changes. HC Plans not matching up with ATP.
  • Partner with platform industry and horizontal Plays leads to manage a structured approach to tracking and managing campaigns development and growth.
  • Drive specific priority programs and initiatives as required.
  • Create communications on business results/impacts, programs, and strategy to relevant stakeholders, in collaboration with HR, Marketing and Finance.
  • Plan and support BG Town Halls, events, and trainings, as required, to help drive collaboration, learning, and engagement with the broader AAPAC Platform Teams.
  • Manage AAPAC BG MD&I funding from business cases for funding allocations, WBS elements, spend tracking, forecast in ensuring spend within allocated funding allocated and delivering outcomes expected
  • Drive and implement continuous improvement and optimization programs for operational processes
    (E.g. Alliance Attribute coding processes, wins vs sales attribution, streamlining on reporting, centralizing through common dashboards and continuous enhancements based on business needs, process of Indirect opportunities making it into the MMS platform pipeline)
  • Manage relationships with stakeholder groups and work with key individuals across other corporate functions e.g. finance, HR and the business to develop solutions
  • Assist in supporting specific business activities with platform partner when needed
  • Assist in developing and promoting the platform brand across Accenture teams
  • Manage Business Operations related risks and mitigation
  • May participate in/lead special projects as needed
  • May support organization transformation and communication efforts as needed
  • May be responsible for key policy controls, process metrics and integration with other functional teams

Experience:
  • 10+ years of related consulting or IT experience
  • Worked with Senior Executives and in global teams across multiple countries
  • Experience with being managed virtually with Manager in a different country
  • Proven program management track record at a global or market level
  • Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders
