The AC Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all air conditioning and refrigeration systems within the hotel/resort to ensure guest comfort and smooth operations. This includes performing routine inspections, troubleshooting faults, carrying out preventive maintenance, and responding promptly to breakdowns. The technician also ensures compliance with safety standards and supports energy efficiency initiatives.
Experience (Preferred):
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing split units, chillers, VRV/VRF systems, and refrigeration equipment.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance schedules and safety regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a facilities/engineering team.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
