Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts.

Responsible for a full spectrum of daily accounting operations.

Responsible for the monthly management account closing and account consolidation reporting in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsible for cash-flow management and timely reporting.

Perform monthly financial and ratio analysis and commentary.

Preparation of company sales forecast and budget, including budgetary control and variance analysis for management decision-making.

Timely report to the management for financial and accounting matters in every month-end.

Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other government bodies for all statutory compliances.

Assists in annual internal & External audit matters.

Ensure strict compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Possess professional qualification or Degree in Accounting.

Minimum 3-5 years of construction accounting experience in full-set accounting, finance, cash flow management and monthly management reporting.

Sound understanding of accounting principles and local statutory requirements.

Good communication skills, analytical skills with attention to detail, and ability to interact with all levels.

Meticulous, result-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.

Working experience in AUTOCOUNT accounting software is an added advantage.
