Overseeing Maintenance team and Revenue team and responsible for the team\'s daily operation performance
Hiring and training of new team members as well as creates a culture of good service attitude and high productivity (work smart)
Supporting the team in tricky situation and guest complaints
Analysis of daily and weekly room occupancy and revenue reports and presents an action plan to the top management
Managing the inventory and minimise stock loss
Managing inventory level and replenishment of consumables

Requirement: - Have own transport - Have own laptop, strong wifi at home - High problem solving skills - Experience in managing a team of more than 10 members - Good in updating and reporting to superior Advantage: - Experienced in hotel or property management - Basic home repair skills or knowledge Working Hours & Location: - Flexi hours, on-call for urgent situation - Work from home - Frequent travel to multiple sites required within Klang Valley Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month Benefits:
