Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least "O" Level/ Diploma in Business Studies/ Accounting/ Administration/ Management
  • At least 2 years\' experience in related field
  • Good command in written & spoken Malay & English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application & SQL Software
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and multi-tasking.
Responsibilities
  • To assist in full set of accounts : AP, AR and G/L.
  • Responsible for handling day to day operation of account department
  • Liaise with external parties : secretary, auditor & tax agent to settle accounting queries
  • Finalises and closing year ended account
  • Consistent follow-up to ensure documents are processed on time
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support duties, such as data entry, documentation, filling jobs and etc
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior
