Candidate must possess at least "O" Level/ Diploma in Business Studies/ Accounting/ Administration/ Management
At least 2 years\' experience in related field
Good command in written & spoken Malay & English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be added as advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Application & SQL Software
Able to work with minimum supervision and multi-tasking.
Responsibilities
To assist in full set of accounts : AP, AR and G/L.
Responsible for handling day to day operation of account department
Liaise with external parties : secretary, auditor & tax agent to settle accounting queries
Finalises and closing year ended account
Consistent follow-up to ensure documents are processed on time
Provide secretarial and administrative support duties, such as data entry, documentation, filling jobs and etc
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior
