Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Accounting



Handle daily data entry and maintain accurate accounting records. Prepare payment vouchers, receipts, and related documents. Assist in monthly closing activities and manage petty cash transactions. Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding billing and payment matters. Support audit, tax, and SST documentation preparation.

Administration



Handle general office administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning and stationery control. Manage office inventory and stationery. Perform regular stock checks and restocking when necessary. Act as receptionist. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, greet visitors, and receive goods or parcels. Liaise with cleaner and ensure cleanliness and tidiness of office premises. Assist travel booking, and event arrangements. Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements



Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent. 1-3 years of related working experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of AutoCount or SQL Accounting is an added advantage. Good communication skills in English, Malay, and Chinese (preferred). Responsible, trustworthy, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Base Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
