Handle daily accounting entries including AP, AR, and general ledger updates.
Prepare SOA and follow up on AR outstanding payments.
Prepare online banking transactions for management approval.
Liaise with customers and suppliers on billing, statements, and payment matters.
Prepare utilities billing, vehicle and properties insurance renewal.
Complete the vendor registration, business documents, online portal application.
Maintain proper filing of accounting and administrative documents.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and general admin support.
Prepare letters, basic reports, and documents for internal use.
Assist in preparing documents required for auditors, banks, and management.
Work closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Operations departments to collect required documents.
Support management in ad-hoc tasks, reporting, and administration.
Education & Experience
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Administrative or related fields.
Fresh graduates or 1-2 years experience in accounting or admin roles.
Experience in using accounting software is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
