Assist in daily accounting tasks, including data entry and document preparation.
Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate records.
Support the accounts team in administrative duties and documentation.
Liaise with internal departments regarding financial records and reports.
Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and financial regulations.
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks such as document filing, report preparation, and assisting other departments when needed.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping (Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are encouraged to apply!).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
