The following is a list of duties as an Admin cum Account Executive (Backend) as follows:
To prepare accounts payable for site accounts & to do monthly closing.
To prepare monthly bank reconciliation and to investigate and resolve any reconciliation differences.
To prepare complete sets of accounts and a monthly financial report for site accounts.
To implement credit control action to recover outstanding invoices.
To process payment for expenses per approved procedures and agreed credit terms
To carry out accounts payable tasks, including purchasing, price quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, and water bills for owners.
To keep records of maintenance from service providers properly.
To resolve complaints, problems, and requests from residents.
To handle administrative work.
To act on other job functions that the Management may assign from time to time.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
