1) To be responsible for preparing full set accounts including the following:
i) Auditing by external auditors
ii) Submission to the relevant Authorities and client
2) To ensure smooth running of operation of the Account at PMO;
3) To monitor monthly the cash balances and the aging list for all creditor and debtor;
4) To attend meetings with clients, provide clarifications to queries and follow up on issues raised at the meetings;
5) To assist the Building Manager/Company with other tasks as and when required;
6) To prepare periodic reports, such as Income & Expenditure Statements and Balance Sheets, to ensure all financial transactions are accurate and prepare timely report;
7) To ensure that all financial policies and rulings of the Company are implemented and adhered to;
8) To ensure availability of all forms and documents as prescribed by the Company and ensure proper documentation of the same at all times;
9) To check and process goods/works order before submitting for certification by the Building Manager;
10) To keep proper record on payments/correspondences received in the PMO;
11) To carry out any other duties that may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time
