Job Summary



We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to oversee the financial and administrative functions of our hotel & homestay. The ideal candidate must be able to prepare monthly P&L statements, manage purchasing and provide administrative support to management. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities



Administrative & Operational Support



Handle purchasing process, including supplier liaison and purchase order issuance. Manage inventory control, stock records, and conduct periodic physical counts. Maintain and update the company asset register, tracking all movements and ensuring proper documentation. Process and manage monthly utility bills (e.g., SESB) and other administrative payments. Handle general administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and ad-hoc duties as assigned. Communicating with Owners regarding their payout inquiry

Accounting & Financial Management



Prepare accurate monthly financial statements (Profit & Loss). Monitor daily cash flow and track expenses. Issue invoices and maintain an organized filing system for all financial documents.

Requirements & Skills



Minimum of 2 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, AutoCount, E-invoice Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated, mature, and able to work independently.
