We are looking for the perfect candidate who : \xef\x82\xb7 Has a Bachelor\'s Degree or at least a Diploma in Accounting \xef\x82\xb7 Minimum 3 years account / admin experience in property development or construction companies. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong multitasking skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent organizational skills and has a very very good memory. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong mathematics background. \xef\x82\xb7 Computer literate and able to write well in English or Bahasa Malaysia. \xef\x82\xb7 Able to converse well in Mandarin. Your key responsibilities are: \xef\x82\xb7 Book keeping using SQL system, filing, petty cash management, cashflow management and preparation for annual audit. \xef\x82\xb7 Liaise with company secretary, banks or external organization. \xef\x82\xb7 Manage monthly payroll, EPF/Socso and HR related matters \xef\x82\xb7 Followup on post-sales administrative work (billings, collection, filing etc) \xef\x82\xb7 Sales support and overall administrative work.
