Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
Handle set of accounts and prepare monthly financial reports
Proficiency in SQL, accounting software, and MS Excel.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and payroll processes.
Developing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial records.
To assist in inventory control system on costing of stocks and ensure a proper system of documentation
Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions
Performs adhoc task as requested by Director related to job scope.
Handle credit control matters and follow up on payments by customers
Process payments to suppliers and prepare payment vouchers
Liaise with auditor, manage to handling account receivables & account payable including liaise with supplier and customers

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
Accounting: 4 years (Preferred)
