  • At least 2 years of working experience in finance or administrative roles.o Holds a relevant advanced diploma or degree in finance, accounting, banking, or an equivalent field.o Knowledge of SQL Accounting Software is an added advantage.o Proficient in English and Malay; ability to communicate in Mandarin will be beneficial.o Highly driven, reliable, and able to work independently with strong initiative and follow-through.o Able to work well within a team environment.

1) ACCOUNTING
  • Prior experience handling a full set of accounts is an added advantage.o Carry out routine finance tasks including inter-company transactions, general ledger updates, accounts payable and receivable, and ensure all deadlines are met.o Handle AP/AR/GL data entry accurately and promptly.o Prepare supplier reconciliation statements.o Track, review, and resolve outstanding items in the creditors' ledger, including any long-standing discrepancies.o Generate and update sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes within the accounting system.o Maintain proper filing and organisation of all finance-related documents.o Coordinate with internal teams and external parties on matters related to payments, collections, reconciliations, and banking.o Support the finance team with additional tasks or special assignments as required.
2) ADMINISTRATION
  • Input and maintain inventory records for all branches.o Perform monthly stock audits at branch locations.o Arrange machine/equipment transfers upon request from branches.o Review and verify branch billing before forwarding IT to the Accounts Department for payment processing.o Prepare consent forms or required documentation for branch operations.o Handle submissions to relevant government authorities (e.g., DBKL, MPSJ, KKLIU, NPRA, Putrajaya) for licensing and approvals.o Keep track of utilities for all branches and ensure timely updates.o Assist with any other administrative duties or ad-hoc assignments as instructed by the supervisor.
