Possess a Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting. Preference will be given to those with a background in Business Administration.
Experienced in the F&B industry/construction industry
Experienced in searching or reviewing tender offers will be advantage.
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
Knowledge in accounting system SQL
Job Scope :
Key in financial data into the accounting system (SQL)
Preparing & recording invoices, receipts, incoming & outgoing payments
Managing sales records and supplier payments (Accounts Receivable & Payable)
Preparing basic monthly financial reports (cash inflow/outflow, expenses)
Managing petty cash records and preparing claim reports
Assisting in the preparation of documents for audit & taxation (if required)
Organizing & maintaining company documents
Assisting in managing office supply and stationery purchases
Reviewing tender offers and quotations from various departments/agencies
Assisting in managing and maintaining project documents such as correspondence, reports, claim forms, and tender documents for briefings and tender submissions.
Assisting with the renewal of licenses, permits, insurance, and office-related matters.
Assisting in organizing and coordinating any office programs or events.
Managing the Director's work matters & daily affairs
