KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, and payment records
Maintain proper documentation and filing system
Monitor receivables and payables (basic AR/AP)
Update records using NIAGAWAN
Support daily administrative operations
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with SOP
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years experience
Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
High attention to detail and integrity
Able to meet deadlines and work systematically
Comfortable working with numbers and documentation
WORK EXPECTATION
Accuracy is critical; errors are not acceptable
Candidate must be disciplined, reliable, and professional
Must follow processes and instructions strictly
Not suitable for individuals who are careless or unorganized
