Job Description



Perform collection of maintenance fee, book-keeping administration. Accounting to ensure up to date credit control. Timely insurance of billing, notices, reminders, payment and etc. Bank reconciliation. Attend and assist residents query/ complaints tactfully arrange appropriate method. To handle documentation & administration of all policies by following house rules, SOP Assist in organize AGM, EGM of the strata condo. Taking care office administrative necessary. To generate reports to management & JMB
Job Requirements:

Graduated at least in Diploma/ Advance/ Degree in Accounts or equivalent. Executive with 2 years Accounting working experience in Management Office/ Property Management. Able to handle full set accounts will be added advantage. Willing to handle in customer service. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Teamwork, discipline, initiative, positive attitude. Office location: KL Must be willing to work Saturday (half day)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM3,400.00 per month
