The Account & Admin Executive supports the company's financial and administrative operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth day-to-day functioning. Key tasks include handling accounts payable/receivable, payroll support, financial documentation, and administrative duties.
Job Duties:
Manage and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Prepare and verify payment vouchers, invoices, claims, and payroll summaries for approval.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and maintain accurate HR documentation.
Handle administrative responsibilities including license and permit renewals, document filing, and office facility management.
Maintain data accuracy, support internal audit processes, and uphold strong internal control procedures.
Provide regular financial and operational updates to management to support decision-making.
Collaborate with Finance & HR teams to streamline workflows and improve process efficiency.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in accounting and administrative roles.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM (Alternate)
Location: Bandar Tasik Kesuma Beranang, 43700 Semenyih.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
