Job Description


  • Software Skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, AutoCount Accounting Software, Google Sheets
  • Own Transportation
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
Responsibilities
  • To handle daily finance operational duties such as billings, invoicing, payments, filing (Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables)
  • To ensure timely payroll completion.
  • To perform monthly suppliers, customers, and banks reconciliation.
  • To maintain proper filing and labelling of the company documents for maintenance, retrieval, and archiving.
  • To liaise with banker, solicitor, relevant authority, auditor for all work matters related to annual audit and income tax matters etc.
  • To verify the completeness of vendor invoice and its supporting documents.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the immediate Superior or the Management.
