Perform accounting and administrative support to the Accounts Executive.
Handle rental collection and record all receipts accurately in the system.
Monitor and ensure accuracy of daily cash collections and transactions.
Prepare daily and monthly accounting and financial reports.
Generate daily payment reports, including account opening and closing summaries.
Record and update tenant payments, invoices, and related accounting documents.
Liaise with tenants and internal teams on billing, payments, and account matters.
Maintain proper document control and filing of accounting records.
Provide support for audits and internal reporting when required.
Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Accounts Executive or management.
Requirements:
STPM or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Fresh graduate or candidates with 1 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Good communication and time management skills.
Working Day & Benefit:
1. Monday to Friday (8 am - 5 pm)
2. Saturday on first week only (8 am - 1 pm)
3. Public Holiday, 18 days

Lunch break:
1. Monday to Thursday : 1 am - 2 pm
2. Friday : 12.30 noon - 2.30 pm
