Job Description



Bookkeeping and Record Maintenance:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Perform daily bookkeeping activities, including recording transactions and updating ledgers.

Invoice Processing:

Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors. Verify and reconcile discrepancies in invoices and purchase orders.

Assist in Month-End Closing:

Support month-end and year-end closing procedures. Prepare financial reports and assist in financial analysis as needed.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative support to the finance department. Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Others:

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Relevant educational background in accounting or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
