Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIE



Account

Manage all accounting transactions Publish financial statements in time Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings and financial report Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Ensure timely bank payments Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
Audit financial transactions and documents

Admin

Overall administrations functions and e-P account (e perolehan) Assist with data entry sorting claims document for submission and filling purpose. Organize and schedule meetings and events Prepare payment voucher and get approval from authorized signatories Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system. Communicate with an external entity , such as a vendor, service provider, government agency, licenses provider, or a company's legal counsel Execute ad hoc tasks as delegated by superiors, from time to time

REQUIREMENTS



Candidate must possess at least degree in Accounting or related study. Minimum 2 years experience in accounting. Computer literate required skills: Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel. Independent and willing to perform multi-taking duties. Familiar with AutoCount system Full time position available and office working only.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
