Account Admin Position:

Financial Transactions

Record daily financial transactions in accounting systems. Process accounts receivable and accounts payable. Issue receipts, contra notes and follow up on payments from customers Reconcile bank statements
General Accounting

Maintain accurate general ledger entries. Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Documentation & Filing

Ensure proper filing of financial documents (vouchers, receipts, tax files, etc.). Assist in audit preparation and provide necessary documentation.
Taxation & Compliance

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including SST, EPF, SOCSO, and income tax filings. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government bodies when required.
Support Functions

Support the Senior Accountant in budgeting and forecasting. Perform ad-hoc financial tasks as required.
Requirements

Education: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role (fresh graduates may be considered).

Skills:

Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., SQL) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
