Responsibilities:



? Handle data entry and maintain financial records
? Assist in bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
? Prepare and organize financial documents and reports
? Support tax and audit teams with administrative tasks
? Liaise with clients on account-related matters
? Manage office purchases, including stationeries and pantry supplies

Requirements:



? Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field
? Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
