Job Summary
We are looking for a
Account Admin
to support our daily shop operations and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal teams.
This role involves preparing invoices and quotations, handling customer orders, managing billing, and assisting with administrative tasks in office.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, and process customer payments.
Handle customer orders and coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams for stock and delivery.
Communicate with customers to confirm orders, resolve billing or order issues, and provide after-sales support.
Record and update sales transactions accurately in the system.
Assist the Store Manager with daily administrative work and reports.
Learn and understand product details to respond to customer inquiries effectively.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or administrative roles.
Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and familiar with accounting systems (e.g., Dynamo).
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills in English and Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage.
